I HOLD A DEGREE IN SOCIAL WORK, ALONG WITH PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN DANCE MOVEMENT THERAPY, COACHING, AND THEATRE DIRECTING.
SINCE 2010, I RUN School of Improvisation and Performance, The Art of Being, WHERE I LEAD SELF-EXPRESSION GROUPS, SUPPORT ARTISTIC PROCESSES, AND MENTOR PROFESSIONALS ON THEIR CREATIVE PATHS.

OUTSIDE OF WORK, I’m a 40-year-old Russian living in the south of France (Avignon) since 2019 - and a mom of two awesome, trilingual kids.
